A TV anime produced by studio Pierrot, adapting the final arc "Thousand-Year Blood War" of the manga by Tite Kubo serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump. The series has sold over 130 million copies worldwide. The "Wandenreich" led by Quincy progenitor Yhwach declares war on the Seireitei, dealing devastating blows to the Gotei 13. Substitute Soul Reaper Ichigo Kurosaki and his allies face the final battle. Aired from October to December 2022 (13 episodes). Cast includes Masakazu Morita as Ichigo and Fumiko Orikasa as Rukia.
