Cut off from lifelines, Tokyo has become a playground for young people who lost their families, transformed into a battleground for parkour team battles racing between buildings. Hibiki, an ace who attracts attention with his dangerous play style, one day falls into the gravity-warped sea. A mysterious girl named Uta with strange powers suddenly appears and saves his life. A story of a boy and girl meeting, inspired by "The Little Mermaid." Main cast includes Shison Jun as Hibiki, Riria. as Uta, Alice Hirose as Makoto, and Mamoru Miyano as Shin.
