Domestic box office of approximately 2.24 billion yen. The conclusion of poor high school student Futaro Uesugi's story as tutor to the quintuplet sisters. Set during the school festival, Futaro's relationship with the Nakano quintuplets (Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, Itsuki) reaches its climax as he finally chooses his bride. Directed by Masato Jinbo.
