SCARLET NEXUS

A TV anime produced by Sunrise, based on the action RPG game of the same name by Bandai Namco Entertainment (released June 2021). A near-future brain punk action series set in a world where those with extra-sensory powers fight against aberrant beings called "Others." The story unfolds from the perspectives of two new recruits to the Other Suppression Force (OSF): Yuito Sumeragi and Kasane Randall. Yuito wields psychokinesis and takes on missions with teammates Hanabi, Tsugumi, Gemma, and Luka. Kasane operates alongside Shiden, Arashi, Kyoka, and Kagero. Together, the two gradually uncover the truth behind the Others and the secrets of the world. The series spans 26 episodes across two cours. The main cast includes Junya Enoki as Yuito and Masami Seto as Kasane. Music is composed by Hiroyoshi Anazawa. ©BNEI/SCARLET NEXUS Project
