Banished from the Hero's Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside

A TV anime produced by Wolfsbane and Studio Flad, based on the light novel by Zappon published by KADOKAWA's Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko, originating from "Shosetsuka ni Narou." The series has over 3 million copies in circulation. Spanning 13 episodes, the hero Gideon, blessed with the "Guide" Divine Protection, is expelled from the Hero Ruti's party by the sage Ares who declares him "not a true companion." Gideon changes his name to Red and opens an apothecary in the frontier town of Zoltan for a peaceful life. His former companion, Princess Rit (Rizlet) of the Principality of Loggervia, appears and forcefully moves in. The two enjoy a slow life running the shop together, but the collapse of the Hero's party and threats approaching Zoltan disturb their tranquility. Main cast includes Ryota Suzuki as Red, Kanon Takao as Rit, Naomi Ozora as Ruti, and Rie Kugimiya as Tisse.
