A TV anime produced by CloverWorks, based on the novel "Fugou Keiji" (The Millionaire Detective) by Yasutaka Tsutsui. Daisuke Kanbe, heir to the enormously wealthy Kanbe family, is assigned to the Metropolitan Police's "Modern Crime Prevention Headquarters." Using unlimited funds, cutting-edge technology, and extravagant rewards to solve cases, Daisuke forms an unlikely duo with the earnest detective Haru Kato as they tackle conspiracies lurking behind modern society. Daisuke's AI butler "HEUSC" and its extraordinary technology are a highlight. 11 episodes. Initially broadcast April 2020, interrupted due to COVID-19, resuming July 2020. Aired on Fuji TV's "noitaminA" block. Directed by Tomohiko Ito (SAO, HELLO WORLD), series composition by Taku Kishimoto, music by Yugo Kanno.
