An original TV anime produced by NUT. Directed by Yuzuru Tachikawa (Mob Psycho 100), series composition and screenplay by Hiroshi Seko (Attack on Titan, Dorohedoro). In a post-apocalyptic world threatened by giant monsters called "Gadoll," humanity lives inside the mobile fortress "Deca-Dence." Natsume, a girl who dreams of becoming a warrior "Gear," ends up working under the apathetic armor repairman Kaburagi. But this world hides an enormous secret — it is actually a "game," and Kaburagi is a former top player who defied the system. The shocking world-building reveal in episode 3 became a major talking point. 12 episodes, broadcast July to September 2020. Music by Masahiro Tokuda.
