The series has surpassed 20 million copies in circulation (as of 2022). This is the second cour (episodes 13-24) of Season 2 "Ni no Shou." After fierce battles in the Nether, Shinra Kusakabe and Special Fire Force Company 8 learn of the Evangelist's ambition—to gather Adolla Burst wielders and recreate the Great Cataclysm from 250 years ago to destroy the world. Entering the "Stigma" arc, Shinra, Arthur Boyle, and Company 8 led by Battalion Commander Obi confront Inca Kasugatani and the Evangelist's forces, uncovering the truth behind spontaneous human combustion and the secrets of the Adolla Burst.
