The Helpful Fox Senko-san

A TV anime produced by Doga Kobo, based on the manga by Rimukoro serialized on KADOKAWA's Comic Newtype, published in 12 volumes under Kadokawa Comics Ace. Nakano, an exhausted office worker trapped in a cycle between home and his exploitative company, is suddenly visited by Senko-san, an 800-year-old fox spirit messenger. Appearing as a young girl, Senko-san devotedly cares for Nakano with cooking, laundry, and even sleeping beside him. Fellow fox Shiro and neighbor Kouenji also get involved in this heartwarming healing comedy about Senko-san's dedicated caregiving. Aired on AT-X and others from April to June 2019 for 12 episodes. Directed by Tomoaki Koshida. Cast includes Azumi Waki as Senko, Junichi Suwabe as Nakano, and Maaya Uchida as Shiro.
