A TV anime produced by TRIGGER, based on Tsuburaya Productions' tokusatsu series "Denkou Choujin Gridman" (1993). Yuta Hibiki, an amnesiac high school student living in Tsutsujidai, merges with the hyper agent "Gridman" residing in an old computer to fight kaiju attacking the city. When classmate Akane Shinjo is revealed to be creating the kaiju, the story delves into her inner darkness and the truth of their world. The series gained acclaim for its spectacular battle scenes paying homage to tokusatsu and its meticulously crafted narrative. Main cast includes Yuya Hirose (Yuta), Hikaru Midorikawa (Gridman), Yume Miyamoto (Rikka), and Reina Ueda (Akane). 12 episodes total.
