The second cour of the TV anime produced by Kinema Citrus, based on the light novel by Aneko Yusagi originating from "Shosetsuka ni Naro," published by KADOKAWA's MF Books. The series has surpassed 14 million copies. Airing from April to June 2019, the second cour follows Shield Hero Naofumi Iwatani alongside Raphtalia and Filo as they face battles on Cal Mira Island and a rematch with Glass.
