The second cour of the TV anime co-produced by MAPPA and Tezuka Productions, based on Osamu Tezuka's manga "Dororo," airing from April to June 2019. Set in the Sengoku period, Hyakkimaru, whose body parts were taken by 48 demons, continues his journey with companion Dororo to defeat monsters and reclaim his body. The second cour intensifies the conflict with his father Daigo Kagemitsu and explores Hyakkimaru's humanity through powerful drama.
