A TV anime produced by Yaoyorozu as part of the Kemono Friends Project media mix, becoming a cultural phenomenon and massive hit of Winter 2017 anime. Set in the enormous zoo "Japari Park," the story follows "Kaban," who doesn't know what kind of animal she is, as she journeys with Serval the serval cat Friend to discover her origins. In the Kemono Friends world, animals have been anthropomorphized into "Friends," and the distinctive characters reflecting each animal's traits gained enormous popularity.
