A TV anime produced by Shin-Ei Animation, based on the manga published by Shogakukan Shonen Sunday Comics by Kunoe Miyama. Protagonist Yushi Inaba moves into the apartment Kotobuki-so, which turns out to be a haunted residence inhabited by yokai. A fantasy slice-of-life drama following Yushi growth through communal living with yokai. Interactions with distinctive yokai including Chojumaru and Ruriko create warmth.
