Nurse Witch Komugi-chan R is a TV anime produced by Tatsunoko Production, aired from January 2016. A reboot of the 2002 OVA series "Nurse Witch Komugi-chan Magical te," the series follows second-year middle school idol Komugi Yoshida, who is chosen by the mysterious creature Usa-P to transform into the magical girl "Nurse Witch Komugi" and fight monsters that escaped from Magical Land. The show comically depicts her struggles to balance idol activities with magical girl duties.
