Absolute Duo is a TV anime based on Takumi Hiiragiboshi's light novel published by KADOKAWA Media Factory's MF Bunko J imprint, aired from January 2015. Set in an academy for students who possess "Blaze," a supernatural ability to manifest their souls as weapons, the story follows protagonist Toru Kokonoe as he pairs with silver-haired girl Julie Sigtuna under a partner system called "Duo" to face powerful enemies.
