Yatterman Night is a TV anime based on Tatsunoko Production's classic Yatterman franchise, aired from January 2015. Produced by Tatsunoko Production, the dark fantasy follows Leopard, a descendant of the villainess Doronjo, who forms a new Doronbo gang to stand up for people oppressed under the Yatter Kingdom's rule. The series drew attention for its innovative premise of reversing the original's moral framework and its serious narrative of a young girl's adventure and growth. Directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara.
