The Heroic Legend of Arslan is a TV anime based on Yoshiki Tanaka's novel series with manga adaptation by Hiromu Arakawa, serialized in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shonen Magazine. Aired from April 2015, the epic historical fantasy follows Prince Arslan of the Kingdom of Pars, who is driven from the royal capital Ecbatana and gathers allies including the brilliant strategist Narsus and the mighty warrior Daryun to reclaim his throne.
