An anime produced by studio MOTHER, based on the manga of the same name by Yuami published by KADOKAWA, with volumes 1-5 currently on sale. A short anime streaming every Thursday at 8:00 PM on the official "Koala's Diary Channel" on YouTube. Koala-san's daily life is gentle and warm. Getting discouraged by failures, feeling happy about successes—each event may seem small, but every day, whether things go well or not, whether it's a special occasion or just an ordinary day, is precious. With the catchphrase "Today is a good day, tomorrow will be a good day too," this unique production features voice actress Aya Uchida performing all characters including Koala-san, Kuma-chan, Karasu-san, Emu-san, and Harinezumi-san. Directed by Takao Kato, with character design by Chiharu Hara and music by Atsushi Umebori and Swabecc Kowalewski. The theme song "Nijito" is performed by Punipuni Denki feat.
