The second season TV anime based on Otomate's game (Idea Factory/Design Factory), produced by Studio DEEN. 10 episodes. After defeat at Toba-Fushimi in 1868, the Shinsengumi retreat to Edo. Hijikata and the warriors resolve to die by bushido while Chizuru fights alongside them. Directed by Osamu Yamasaki with character design by Atsuko Nakajima, original concept by Kazuki Yone, and music by Kou Otani. Houko Kuwashima as Chizuru, Shinichiro Miki as Hijikata.
