Set in Paradigm City, where all inhabitants lost their memories 40 years ago, master negotiator Roger Smith pilots the giant robot "Megadeus Big O" to confront the city's mysteries. The show gained popularity on Cartoon Network in the US, leading to a second season in 2003. Notable for its retro-futuristic design and film noir atmosphere.
