A TV anime produced by J.C.STAFF, based on the manga by Rikdo Koshi. Full title: "Quack Experimental Anime: Excel Saga." Excel and Hyatt of the secret organization ACROSS attempt city conquest under their leader Il Palazzo, resulting in chaotic slapstick.
