A TV anime produced by OLM, based on the manga by Kaishaku. Set in Taisho-era Japan, young Nakahito accidentally awakens the prototype Steel Angel Kurumi with a kiss. Kurumi, possessing overwhelming combat power, devotes herself to Nakahito, leading to slapstick battles against the Imperial Army and rival Steel Angels. A love comedy fusing moe with sci-fi.
