A 13-episode space opera anime broadcast on WOWOW from April to July 2000, produced by Sunrise, directed by Yasuchika Nagaoka. Based on the sci-fi novel series by Hiroyuki Morioka, a sequel to Crest of the Stars. Jinto, now a supply officer, is assigned to the assault ship Basroil commanded by Lafiel and participates in Operation Phantom Flame to recapture former Abh Empire territory.
