Blue Dragon

A TV anime based on the Xbox 360 RPG "Blue Dragon." Boy Shu, who can manipulate shadow powers, joins forces with companions Jiro and Kluke to fight against Nene, who plots world domination. With character designs by Akira Toriyama and animation by Studio Pierrot, the series tells an original story different from the game, depicting a classic fantasy adventure of growth and heroism across 51 episodes. The sequel "Tenkai no Shichi Ryuu" aired as a separate series.
