A TV anime produced by Trans Arts, based on the manga by Ken Kitashiba and Yasuhiro Watanabe, serialized in Shinchosha's Weekly Comic Bunch. Aired on TV Asahi from July to September 2006 for 11 episodes. The story follows Jotaro Zaizen, a special investigator appointed by the Cabinet to crack down on "power crimes" -- illegal acts through abuse of public authority. A social hard-boiled action series.
