A TV anime based on the popular manga by Yuichi Kumakura, originally serialized in Kodansha's Comic BonBon with its sequel in Monthly Magazine Z. Produced by Aniplex with animation by Studio Deen, directed by Hiroshi Watanabe with series composition by Reiko Yoshida across 13 episodes. The story follows Jing, a young thief known as the "King of Bandit," and his bird companion Kir as they journey across fantastical lands, skillfully stealing legendary treasures.
