Gad Guard is an original TV anime produced by GONZO DIGIMATION and Amber Film Works. Original concept by Yoshitsune Izuna. 26 episodes aired on Fuji TV from April to September 2003. Set in Night Town on a devastated future Earth, young Hajiki Sanada encounters "Lightning," a steel giant robot born from the mysterious substance "GAD."
