Angel Heart
Aired: 2005 - 2006
A TV anime based on Tsukasa Hojo's manga, set in a parallel world of "City Hunter." A former assassin named Glass Heart receives the heart of Kaori Makimura through a transplant, and gradually forms a surrogate family with Ryo Saeba. The series weaves warm human drama into its hardboiled setting.
