Mushishi

A TV anime based on Yuki Urushibara's manga. Set in a fantastical Japan where primordial life forms called "Mushi" exist, the series follows Ginko, a Mushi Master who travels investigating the interactions between Mushi and humans. Its episodic, contemplative storytelling about coexistence with nature earned widespread acclaim both domestically and internationally.
