A surreal short comedy anime based on Isami Nakagawa's manga, following the laid-back bear Pu Taro and his quirky animal friends in a series of skits driven by dry absurdist humor. Its distinctive theme songs by rokyoku performer Takeharu Kunimoto helped the show build a cult following.
