A 6-volume OVA based on Tatsuya Egawa's manga. Kintaro Oe completed all coursework at the University of Tokyo but never graduated, instead traveling Japan by bicycle as a self-styled study boy. He takes on various jobs and encounters fascinating women in this unique comedy directed by Hiroyuki Kitakubo, beloved both in Japan and abroad.
