A singer active mainly in 1980s robot anime. For 'Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ' she sang the later opening 'Silent Voice' and the ending 'Issenman-nen Ginga', both still cherished as standout tracks of the series. She also handled 'Seiippai no Hohoemi o' and 'COOL' for the OVA 'Heavy Metal L-Gaim III: Full Metal Soldier'. Her powerful yet wistful voice added depth to mecha anime and left a lasting impression on Gundam fans.
