A voice actress and stage performer active over many years, who has often sung the theme songs of the characters she played. Closely associated with anime based on the works of Fujiko Fujio, she starred as Q-taro in 'Shin Obake no Q-taro' and sang its opening theme 'Obake no Q-taro' together with New Royal. In her signature role in 'Ninja Hattori-kun' she performed the opening of the same name along with 'Hattori-kun March', and continued to handle themes for theatrical and special editions such as 'Nin-nin Ninpo Enikki no Maki', 'Nin-nin Furusato Daisakusen no Maki' and 'Perman: Chounouryoku Wars'. Her warm, endearing voice long sustained the fun of children's anime.
