M@N☆GIRL! is a character-name unit formed by the four main cast voice actresses of the short-format anime Mangirl!, a bite-sized workplace comedy set in the offices of a brand-new manga publishing company staffed entirely by inexperienced young women trying to launch their first magazine. The unit consists of Kanako Miyamoto, Yuri Komagata, Moemi Odaka, and Ayaka Ohashi, each of whom voices one of the core characters scrambling to survive the brutal demands of the editorial department. Singing in character, the four performers contributed the opening theme "girl meets DEADLINE" and the ending theme "Mainichi☆Mangirl!", both bright, bouncy workplace anthems that play up the humor of deadline-driven chaos. The songs are cheerful love letters to the everyday grind of creative work and perfectly match the anime's upbeat tone. Though Mangirl! was a modest short series, M@N☆GIRL!'s contributions stand as a fun little musical snapshot of the show.
