Hikaru Makishima is an actor and singer from Saitama. He has built a strong stage presence in musicals such as The Prince of Tennis as Kaoru Kaido and Touken Ranbu as Okurikara. Alongside his acting, he writes his own lyrics and has released major-label singles, recently expanding his artist work on Nippon Columbia. He brings stage-honed expression to anime songs through tracks like Phoenix, the ED of the TV anime Haigakura, and the OP of Red Sentai: Adventurer in Another World, showcasing his clear and soaring voice.
