The trio voices middle-school idols who dream of becoming nurses: Komugi Yoshida (CV: Kei Tomoe), the elegant Kokona Saionji (CV: Erii Yamazaki), and the quiet, cool Tsukasa Kisaragi (CV: Makoto Koichi). They performed the OP theme 'Ready Go!!', a bright and poppy track inheriting the legacy of the original 'Nurse Witch Komugi-chan Magicarte' OVA series and opening the TV series in style.
