He debuted as a singer in 1999 under L⇔R's Kenichi Kurosawa, and for the TV anime 'Saiyuki' he performed both opening themes 'FOR REAL' and 'STILL TIME', with Kurosawa writing and composing them. He also appeared as a voice actor in the same series. As an actor he has featured in dramas like 'Bokura no Yuuki' and 'GTO', and tokusatsu works including 'Kamen Rider Kabuto' and 'Engine Sentai Go-onger'.
