Yosuke Sakanoue

Yosuke Sakanoue is a Japanese singer-songwriter. He gained wider attention when his debut single SUPER DRIVE was chosen as the opening theme of the music-themed BL anime Gravitation. He wrote the lyrics himself, co-composed the song with Daisuke Asakura, and Asakura handled the arrangement, producing a digital-rock track that vividly opened the series. The vocals of the in-show band Bad Luck are handled by a different artist, so Sakanoue's involvement in the project was specifically as the opening-theme vocalist. He continues to work as a solo artist.
