Miroku

Artist

369 (Miroku) is a hip-hop musician from Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture. He began his career in 1994 under the name D-THE 369 and made his major solo debut in 2007 through SPEEDSTAR RECORDS, a label of Victor Entertainment. His sound is genre-spanning, moving freely across pop, rock, rap, house, electronica, and reggae, and he is also known for collaborations with artists such as RYO of Ketsumeishi. He performed Kasumi, the opening theme for the anime The Daughter of Twenty Faces, with lyrics co-written by 369 and Ryoji, composition co-written by 369 and tasuku, and arrangement by tasuku, lending this retro-flavored phantom-thief anime a beautifully wistful flair.
