Chocolove from AKB48 is a sub-unit made up of AKB48 members. Singing anime tie-in songs written by chief producer Yasushi Akimoto, they performed 'Ashita wa Ashita no Kimi ga Umareru,' the ending theme for the TV anime 'Skull Man.' They are known as the first AKB48 unit to release more than one single, having carried part of the group's early expansion, and gained wide recognition through their ties to anime works.
