JILS is a Japanese rock band that was active mainly in the indie scene against the backdrop of the visual-kei scene, characterized by aesthetic, dramatic songs and emotional vocals. They performed 'Setsunai Uta', the opening theme of the TV anime 'Genma Taisen: Shinwa Zenya no Sho', broadcast on AT-X. For this late-night anime with a weighty world based on Shotaro Ishinomori's work, the poignant, solemn rock tune written by vocalist Yuuya and composed by Ichirou and Yuuya added depth to the series. The song is included on the single 'PASSING e.p.'.
