A male voice actor and singer from Okazaki in Aichi Prefecture. Affiliated with I'm Enterprise, he plays a wide range of characters backed by a deep low register and energetic singing, and is also known for his rock band activities. In anime vocal work, he performed 'VOICE', the ending theme of the TV anime 'Tide-Line Blue', depicting in a wistful ballad the hearts of boys living in a nearly collapsed world, and 'Just a Survivor', the opening of 'Sukisho!', coloring a youthful ensemble piece with up-tempo pop rock. As one of the pioneers of the singing-voice-actor movement, he has continued to sing numerous anime theme songs.
