Kazumasa Oda is a Japanese male singer-songwriter from Yokohama in Kanagawa Prefecture. As the leader and vocalist of the legendary band Off Course he produced numerous hits, and he is a heavyweight representing Japanese pop. With a crystalline high register and lyrical melodies that sing of universal love, he has continued to be loved across generations. His ballad 'Daisuki na Kimi ni' was adopted as the ending theme for the NHK TV anime 'The Snow Queen', based on the Andersen fairy tale, closing with a gentle, enveloping embrace the afterglow of a story about continuing to care for a precious person in a world sealed in snow.
