"Akebi's Sailor Uniform" is based on the manga by Hiro, serialized in Shueisha's "Tonari no Young Jump." This coming-of-age school story follows Komichi Akebi, who enrolls at the prestigious private Roubai Academy junior high school, dons the sailor uniform she has always dreamed of, and grows through encounters with her unique classmates. The series aired in January 2022 and drew attention for its delicate animation and careful depiction of everyday life. Animation production by CloverWorks.
