"Tantei to Joshu no Tanmoshi RADIO" ended its regular run in 2021, but has since returned for special broadcasts celebrating the birthday of the heroine Siesta. Now, timed to the Season 2 broadcast starting in October, the show comes back as a regular program. Arata Nagai, who voices Kimihiko Kimizuka, and Saki Miyashita, who voices Siesta, both return as hosts.
The show will stream on YouTube via the KADOKAWA Anime Channel. Listener mail is already being accepted through a dedicated submission form ahead of the premiere.

"The Detective Is Already Dead" is a mystery series based on the light novels by nigozyu, published by KADOKAWA under the MF Bunko J imprint, with original character designs by Umibouzu. The first TV anime season aired in 2021, and Season 2 begins broadcasting in October 2026. Gaku Kurihara directs, Deko Akao handles series composition, Yosuke Ito is the character designer, 40mP and Yuyu compose the music, and ENGI produces the animation.
The Season 2 theme songs are the opening "Kono Shinzou ni Hanataba wo" by Cocomi and the ending "Hakuchuumu" by Kagura Nana.
