Tatsunoko Productions remake of their classic adventure series, broadcast on Nippon TV. Orphaned honeybee Hutch wanders the insect world searching for the mother he was separated from at birth, learning about friendship and the preciousness of life through encounters along the way. The remake adopts a gentler family-friendly tone with a new voice cast, including singer Hitomi Ishikawa as Hutch.
