A TV anime produced by Science SARU, based on the manga by Paru Itagaki serialized in Akita Shoten's Weekly Shonen Champion (2021-2024, 16 volumes completed). A new work by Itagaki, winner of the Manga Taisho 2018 for BEASTARS. Set in a near-future Japan facing extreme population decline where children are overprotected, boy Kazue Mita attends Daikoku Welfare Academy until classmate Shiori Fuyumura suddenly tries to kill him. This is connected to Mita's "curse" and his lineage as a descendant of Santa Claus. A hero action story centered on Santa Claus. Aired from October 2025 on MBS/TBS "Animeism" block (12 episodes). Directed by Tomohisa Shimoyama. Cast includes Ayumu Murase as Mita, Hiroki Tochi as Santa, and Umeka Shoji as Shiori.
