An original TV anime produced by MAPPA, a new SF action series directed by Shinichiro Watanabe. In 2052 AD, the universal painkiller "Hapna" developed by neuroscientist Dr. Skinner brings unprecedented peace worldwide. But Skinner vanishes, only to reappear three years later with a shocking revelation: Hapna causes fatal mutations three years after ingestion, and only 30 days remain. Team "Lazarus," consisting of five agents including parkour expert Axel, intellectual Doug, and resilient Christine, is assembled to track down Skinner and the vaccine. Aired April-June 2025 (TV Tokyo, 13 episodes). Cast includes Mamoru Miyano as Axel, Makoto Furukawa as Doug, Maaya Uchida as Christine, and Koichi Yamadera as Skinner.
