Magical Sisters Lulutto & Liliy is an original TV anime produced by Studio Pierrot. The sixth entry in Pierrot's magical girl series, co-produced with Bandai Namco Filmworks. Broadcast in split two cours. Kaze Nonoyama is a carefree elementary schooler eagerly awaiting summer, while her older sister Nagare is a reserved but hardworking middle schooler. Once close, the sisters have grown distant. One day, Kaze encounters a mysterious spaceship and receives magical powers, while Nagare also gains her own magic. Both can transform into the adults they've dreamed of becoming, but with two rules: the magic lasts only one year, and no one must discover their secret. Unaware of each other's powers, both pursue careers as idols. Directed with character concepts by Shintaro Dokai, series composition by Yuko Kakihara.
